INGREDIENTS

1 c Salad oil
1/3 c Wine vinegar
4 tb Dijon mustard
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Sugar (up to)
2 Cloves garlic
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients, mixing well with a wire whisk.  Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
