INSTRUCTIONS
FOR EACH CHICKEN
Put all ingredients into an oven bag and shake up. Trim excess fat from
chicken. Add whole chicken (and potato pieces if you want). Seal and shake
to cover chicken. Bake sealed for 45 mins and then slice the bag open and
continue cooking till browned.
Variations: add a tsp or 2 of mustard and honey
