INGREDIENTS
| 1 | c | Sour cream |
| 1 | c | Mayonnaise |
| 2 | ts | Lemon juice |
| 1/2 | ts | Dry mustard |
| 3 | oz | Bleu cheese |
| 1 | sm | Clove garlic |
INSTRUCTIONS
Crush garlic. Shred or grate half of the cheese and mix with remaining ingredients. Break other half of cheese into small chunks and fold into dressing. Chill before serving.
