INSTRUCTIONS
Crush garlic. Shred or grate half of the cheese and mix with remaining
ingredients. Break other half of cheese into small chunks and fold into
dressing. Chill before serving.
This dressing is excellent with Roquefort or Gorgonzola cheese. Try it with
feta cheese as well.
