Separate eggs. Mix yolks with a little milk - set aside. Heat rest of milk.
Wash and add raisins to milk and cook 10 min. Add rice and cook 5 min. When
thoroughly warm, add egg yolk mixture, salt, sugar and spices; stir well
and cook for a few minutes til heated through. Put in greased casserole.
Beat egg whites with powdered sugar and spread on top of pudding. Put in
275 degree over just long enough to brown the egg whites. Serve cold with
whipped cream and strawberry sauce.

A Message from our Provider:
“Our hopelessness and our helplessness are no barrier to (God’s) work. Indeed our utter incapacity is often the prop He delights to use for His next act… We are facing one of the principles of Yahweh’s modus operandi. When His people are without strength, without resources, without hope, without human gimmicks – then He loves to stretch forth His hand from heaven. Once we see where God often begins we will understand how we may be encouraged. #Ralph Davis”
