I was dicking around in the kitchen and came up with this delicious,
low-fat recipe:
Take one flour torilla and put on it a big dollop of Rosarita's Zesty No
Fat Refries. Tear up a slice of fat-free cheddar and put it on top. Add 1/4
or a 5 oz can of chicken or turkey meat. Heat for 2 minutes in the
microwave. (be sure you spread the beans out to the edge to avoid drying
out the torilla)
Top with your favorite raw stuff (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.) and your
favorite hot sauce.
It is quick, low fat and truly yummy.
