INSTRUCTIONS
(A) In 2 Tbsp Olive Oil saute' Uncle Ben's White & Wild Rice until tender.
Add Water, cover and Simmer for 25 minutes. * Do Not add Rice Seasoning mix
at this time*
(B) In another pan, saute' (in 1 cube Butter): Onion, Green Bell Pepper,
Celery, Green Onions, Zucchinis, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Garlic, and Almonds.
(C) Add the remaining according to taste.
(D) Mix into the Rice. Add 1/2 of this mixture into a baking dish, add a
few slices of Monterey Jack Cheese. Add remainder of mixture, and
completely cover with Monterey Jack Cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes
in a pre-heated
375 degree oven.
