INSTRUCTIONS
Quarter the cooked, chilled new potatoes. Dress with vinegar, oil, herbs,
onions, pickles and black pepper. Stir until completely mixed. Chill and
serve.
Notes: Simmer the small potatoes whole until just barely tender; chill.
