INGREDIENTS

2 lb Ground beef
1 Beef bouillon cube
1/3 c Hot water (up to)
3 sl Bread; crumbled
2 ts Salt
Pepper to taste
1 Egg; beaten
1/3 c Milk
1/4 c Chopped green pepper
1/2 c Chopped onion
1/4 c Chopped celery
1/4 c Grated carrot

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients, place in large casserole and bake at 350 for 50
minutes.
