INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb Turnip greens
1 1/2 lb Collard greens
1/2 c Chopped onion
3 Garlic cloves; minced
1 tb Chopped fresh ginger
1 ts Dried red pepper
2 tb Dark sesame oil
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash greens and remove stems and discolored spots. Tear into pieces. Stir
fry onions, garlic, ginger and red pepper in hot sesame oil for 1 minute.
Stir in salt and pepper. Add greens and stir fry 2 minutes. Cove and cook 3
minutes or until wilted. Yield: 4 servings.
