Leftover broccoli, finely
chopped
Leftover cooked rice
Blue cheese or other cheese
like grated cheddar or
Parm
Smoked ham or turkey
optional
1/4 c Or more salad dressing
Sliced scallion for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine broccoli and rice in a bowl. Sprinkle some cheese in the
dressing and dress the salad. Combine dressing with rice, broccoli  and
ham if you wish. Just before eating, dress the salad with the
dressing. You could add some diced fresh red bell pepper  Recipe By
