INGREDIENTS
| 2 1/2 | c | Vanilla wafers; crushed |
| 3/4 | c | Sugar |
| 1/8 | ts | Salt |
| 2 | ts | Grated orange peel |
| 1 | c | Chopped nuts |
| 3 | tb | Corn syrup |
| 2 | tb | Unsweetened cocoa |
| 1/4 | c | Orange juice |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix wafers, sugar, salt, orange peel, cocoa and nuts. Add syrup and orange juice. Mix well. Roll into balls and roll balls in sugar. This makes a very tasty cookie, my favorite.
