INGREDIENTS

6 Ripe bananas, the riper the
better
1 c Sugar
2 c Flour
1 t Baking powder
1/2 t Baking soda
1 t Vanilla extract
1 c Raisins, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Mash the bananas and sugar together. In a separate bowl mix the flour,
baking powder and baking soda. Add the banana mixture, the optional
raisins, and vanilla, stirring until thoroughly blended. Pour into
non-stick loaf pan and bake at 350F (180C) for 1 hour. Remove from pan
while still warm, and allow to cool before slicing. Makes
