INGREDIENTS

1 Chicken, broiler-fryer
cut in serving pieces
1 1/2 c Minute Rice, uncooked
1 Condensed Cream of Chicken
soup 10 3/4 oz
1 Condensed Cream of Celery
1 Dry Onion Soup & Dip Mix
1 1/2 oz

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 300F. Mix Minute Rice and both cans of soup in 13" x
9" baking dish. Distribute evenly in bottom of dish. Place chicken
pieces in single layer on top of rice-soup mixture. Sprinkle dry  onion
soup over top. Cover tightly and bake at 300F for 2 1/2 hours.  Source:
