INSTRUCTIONS
In a deep saucepan, cook onion in oil or PAM until soft. Add remaining
ingredients and simmer for 2 to 3 hours. Taste after 1 1/2 hours and adjust
seasoning. Sauteed mushrooms are a great addition.
