INGREDIENTS

1 Egg
2 tb Sugar
1 c Self-rising flour
2 tb Cream cheese
2 tb Yoghurt or eshel
1 pk Vanilla sugar; (10 g)
Grated lemon rind

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix egg and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Drop spoonfuls
into hot oil. Fry quickly, drain and roll in icing sugar.
