Tuna; drained and flaked (OR: 2 cups cubed cooked ham, chicken, pork or turkey) |

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Bring 4 cups water, 1 tablespoon cooking oil, and 1 tsp salt to a full
rolling boil in a 3 quart covered glass casserole for 6 - 10 minutes on
High. Stir in noodles and recover. Microwave 8 - 10 minutes on Medium, or
until tender. Drain, rinse with hot water and set aside. 2. Put butter,
onion, and celery in a 2 quart glass casserole dish. Microwave about 3
minutes on High, or until partly cooked. 3. Stir in remaining ingredients
(except potato chips). Microwave on Medium High for about 6 minutes.
Sprinkle with crushed potato chips and cook for an additional 2-5 minutes
until heated though. 4. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
