INGREDIENTS
8 | oz | Egg Noodles, medium wide |
1 | T | Salt |
3 | qt | Water, boiling |
8 | oz | Yogurt, plain |
8 | oz | Cottage cheese, creamed |
10 | oz | Green beans, frozen |
1/2 | c | Onion, minced |
1 | c | Cheddar cheese, shredded |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400F. Gradually add noodles and salt to rapidly boiling water so that water continues to boil. Cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until tender; drain in colander. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt and cottage cheese. In a 2-quart round baking dish, combine noodles, yogurt mixture, beans and onion. Top with Cheddar cheese.
