INGREDIENTS

1 | 16 ounce pineapple crushed | |

16 | oz | Cottage cheese ff |
32 | oz | Vanilla yogurt ff |
1 | c | Raisins |
3/4 | c | Grape-Nuts |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook noodles in boiling water until tender. Drain noodles, mix all ingredients except Grape_Nuts together. Spray 9 x 13 pan with PAM. Pour the mixture into the pan and sprinkle the Grape-Nuts over top. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour. Serves 12 as a dessert. Posted by Michelle Dick, FATFREE listowner, while list was down.
