INGREDIENTS
10 | oz | Noodles or fettucine |
1/2 | lb | Blue cheese, any type |
1/4 | c | Whipping cream or 1/2 & 1/2 |
1/4 | c | Grated parmesan or romano |
Fresh ground black pepper |
INSTRUCTIONS
While pasta is cooking in boiling salt water, crumble cheese and mix it with the cream and pepper. Drain the pasta, and place in a frying pan. Add the cheese mixture and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
