Apple cider (I used fresh from the cider mill) |

Red new potatoes, peeled and diced (I didn't bother peeling though) |

Apples, cored and cut into 16 wedges each |

Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, halved crosswise |
INSTRUCTIONS
In crockpot (at least 4-5 quart), combine the cider, dry soup mix, thyme
and nutmeg. Stir to blend. Add potatoes, celery, green onions, apples and
cranberries. Tuck the chicken down into the mixture. Cover and cook on low
at least 8 hours, making sure the potatoes are tender.
