4 | Celery ribs, thinly sliced | |
6 | Green onions, thinly sliced | |
3 | Apples, cored and cut into | |
16 wedges each | ||
3/4 | c | Dried cranberries |
2 | lb | Skinless, boneless chicken |
breast halves halved | ||

INSTRUCTIONS
In crockpot (at least 4-5 quart), combine the cider, dry soup mix, thyme and nutmeg. Stir to blend. Add potatoes, celery, green onions, apples and cranberries. Tuck the chicken down into the mixture.
