Matzoh meal for coating |

Pitted prunes (up to 5) |

Mushrooms |

Pineapple cut into small pieces (or may use tinned) |

Onion, sliced into rings |

Cloves garlic, minced in a garlic press |

Pareve chicken soup powder |

Oil for frying |
INSTRUCTIONS
SAUCE
1. Mix together all the above ingredients except for the oil and matzoh
meal. Mix well and form into patties
2. Dredge the patties in the matzoh meal
3. Fry in the oil
4. Drain on kitchen paper (paper towels)
Serve with the following Sauce:
1. Put the oil into a pan and heat up with the garlic until fragrant
2. When garlic is fragrant, add the onion rings; fry until wilted down
3. Add remaining ingredients and cook until thick and aromatic
To Serve: Put the chicken patties into a dish and pour the sauce over all
