INSTRUCTIONS
4 SERVINGS DAIRY-FREE A frosty nondairy drink made with frozen bananas, soaked nuts and dates. In blender, combine nuts, dates and water or juice until smooth. Break frozen banana into pieces, add to mixture and blend until smooth. Add one or more optional flavors if desired. Pour into glasses. PER SERVING: 277 CAL.; 6G PROT.; 14G TOTAL FAT (1G SAT.
