INGREDIENTS

1/8 | t | Salt |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
1 1/2 | c | Nuts, Finely Chopped |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine in egg whites and salt and beat until stiff, but not dry. Gradually beat in 1/4 c. sugar until stiff, glossy peaks form. Carefully fold in nuts. Press onto bottom and sides (not rim) of a well greased 8" pie pan. Prick with fork. Bake at 400 for 12 minutes. Cool.
