INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the dry ingredients and raisins. Add the milk, eggs, oil, vanilla
and mashed bananas. Mix until just blended and no streaks show. Spoon
batter into 12 muffin cups that have been sprayed with a non-stick
coating, and bake at 425 degrees F. for 17 to 20 minutes or until done.
