INSTRUCTIONS
TOPPING
CAKE: Combine oats and water. Let stand 20 minutes. Mix eggs, sugar,
butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and vanilla. Mix with oats. Bake in
9x13-inch pan at 350 for 30 minutes or until done. TOPPING: Combine
ingredients. Spread on cake while hot; broil a minute to brown topping.
Best if served warm.
