INSTRUCTIONS
TOPPING
pour water over oats. Lay butter on top. Cover; let stand 20 minutes. Add
remaining ingredients except topping. Bake in a greased 9x13 inch pan at
350 for 30-35 minutes.
Combine topping ingredients and spread on top of cake. Place in broiler
until browned.
