INGREDIENTS
| 1 | c | Butter |
| 1 | c | Sugar |
| 2/3 | c | Brown sugar |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 2 1/2 | c | Quick oatmeal |
| 1 | c | Flour |
| 1 | c | Coconut |
| 1/2 | ts | Salt |
| 1 | ts | Vanilla |
| 1/2 | ts | Soda dissolved in 2 T. hot water |
INSTRUCTIONS
Drop on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in 425 degree oven. Watch them carefully because they burn easily. They usually take me about 9-10 minutes. Remove while they still look a little gooey.
