INGREDIENTS
1/4 | lb | Margarine |
1 | c | Brown Sugar, packed |
1 | Egg | |
1 | t | Vanilla |
1 | c | Whole-Wheat Flour |
1/2 | t | Baking Soda |
1/2 | t | Salt |
1/2 | c | Rolled Oats |
1/2 | c | Nuts, chopped |
1/2 | c | Coconut, grated |
3/4 | c | Raisins |
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend together the margarine and brown sugar. 2. Add the remaining ingredients one at a time while blending. Add each one as the preceding one disappears. 3. Drop generous teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets. Bake about 12 minutes at 350°F. Makes 3 dozen.
