INGREDIENTS

3/4 c All-purpose flour plus
2 T All-purpose flour
1/2 t Baking soda
1/2 t Salt, optional
1/2 t Cinnamon
1/4 t Nutmeg
1/4 c Wonderslim
2 T Light corn syrup
2 T Alcohol-free vanilla extract
3/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Brown sugar, packed
1 c Seedless raisins, soaked
1 1/4 c Raw rolled oats, toasted
1/2 c Walnuts, chopped or pecans

low fat oatmeal raisin cookies. The nutmeg really stands  out.  Recipe
By: Wonderslim  Preheat oven to 350.  Soak the raisins for 10 minutes
in water.  Toast the oats and set aside - I didn't do this.  Remove
raisins from  water drain & set aside. ( I just drained when I was
ready for them)  Spray 2 cookie sheets with pam.  Sift together mixture
1, mix thoroughly and set aside.  Beat at high  speed mixture 2 then
add mixture 1.  Fold in oats, add the raisins  and the nuts if desired.
Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheets.  Bake for approx 9 min at 350.
Mine took closer to 15 minutes.  These are excellent! The nutmeg really
stands out.  Possibly because  it isn't competeing with butter and
shortening.  with nuts - 68 cal 15.5% cff  w/o nuts 57 cal 3.6% cff
