INSTRUCTIONS
The following recipe is from "To Your Health!" cookbook. Please visit our

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray nonfat cooking spray on cookie
sheets.
Combine flour, soda, salt, and spices in a small bowl and set aside. In a
larger bowl, combine applesauce, brown sugar, egg whites, and vanilla, and
blend well. Gradually mix flour mixture with wet ingredients and stir
until blended. Mix in oats and raisins and blend well.
Drop spoonfuls of dough about 2" apart on baking sheets. Bake 9 minutes.
Cool on wire racks.
NOTE: This recipe contains only a trace of fat per serving.
