INSTRUCTIONS
Both recipes from AMISH FAMILY FAVORITES, Arthur/Tuscola, Illinois
Mix sugars, butter and oil, then add eggs. Cook raisins with a little
water, until raisins are plumped up. Drain, retaining 5 Tablespoons of
liquid from the raisins. Dissolve soda in raisin juice. Mix together dry
ingredients. Add alternately with raisin juice, then add raisins. Drop by
teaspoon on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 400 F. for 8-10 minutes Posted
