INGREDIENTS

1/3 | c | Light corn syrup |
1/2 | c | Sugar |
1 | t | Vanilla |
1 | c | Flour |
1 | c | Multi-grain oatmeal |
1/2 | t | Baking powder |
1/2 | t | Baking soda |
1/2 | t | Cinnamon |
1/2 | c | Raisins |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray cookie sheet with nonfat cooking spray. Blend egg whites, corn syrup, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth. Add flour, oatmeal, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix very well until all the dry ingredients are blended. Fold in the raisins. Drop the mixture, 1 to 2 inches apart, on the cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, until bottom of cookies are lightly browned. Serves 24, 84 calories per serving, Dietary Fiber 1 gram.
