INSTRUCTIONS
STREUSEL
Combine melted butter, milk, egg & 2/3 cup oats. Let stand 10 minutes.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt & cinnamon. Stir wet ingredients
into dry ingredients just until combined. Fold in raisins. Spoon batter
into 12 greased muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full. Combine streusel
ingredients & sprinkle over muffins. Bake at 400 F for 20 - 22 minutes. Per
muffin: 178.8 cal, 4.4 g fat (22.5%), 1 mg chol
NOTES : One egg can be used in place of the egg substitute.
