INGREDIENTS
| 1/4 | c | Margarine, melted |
| 1 | c | Skim milk |
| 1 | lg | Egg |
| 2/3 | c | Oatmeal |
| 1/3 | c | Flour |
| 1/3 | c | Sugar |
| 1 | tb | Baking powder |
| 1/2 | ts | Salt |
| 1/2 | ts | Cinnamon |
| 3/4 | c | Raisins |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and stir just until combined. Fold raisins into muffin batter. Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups, filling about 3/4 full. Combine streusel ingredients--3 tablespons brown sugar, 3 tablespoons oatmeal) and sprinkle over muffins.
