These recipes are from the back of Hershey's Butterscotch Chips packages.
You will not find them anymore, but, when the chips first came out, I
copied them off. The recipes on the back of the package these days is
different and, IMHO, not nearly as good.
Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs & vanilla. Beat until light &
fluffy. Gradually add dry ingredients. Stir in oats and chips. Sprread
into greased 10 X 15 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
