9 oz (500 gram) ripe Camembert cheese
4 1/2 oz (250 gram) cream cheese
2 1/2 tb (80 gram) butter
2 sm Onions, finely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

OBATZDA (Cheese Spread)
beer salt, pepper, caraway
With A fork, crush and blend cheese with butter.  Add chopped onions and
salt, pepper, caraway.  Gradually blend in just enough beer to create a
spreadable mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
