Pie, Crusts 2 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 c Flour
1 ts Salt
2/3 c Oil
1/3 c Cold Water

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix together the oil and water and mix with dry ingredients. 2. gather
together with fingers and shape into a ball on a lightly floured board. 3.
Roll and fit into pie pan. 4. Prick bottom with a fork and bake 10 to 12
minutes at 425 degrees. Makes two pie crusts.
