INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients, blending well.
2. Pour over cold vegetables, cold cooked meat or fish.
VARIATION: For the salt and pepper, substitute 1/2 teaspoon powdered
mustard and 1/4 teaspoon paprika.
