INGREDIENTS

1 Onion, chopped
1 Bell pepper, chopped
1 Tomatoes
1 Frozen okra
Garlic salt
Pepper
Green seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute onions & pepper in a little oil. Add tomatoes which have been
put through a blender. Cook until you have a good tomato gravy (you
will have to add some water). Add frozen cut okra. Season to taste.  (I
use salt, Greek seasoning & pepper.) Add more salt if needed.  (This is
