INSTRUCTIONS
Wash okra fast- don't let it soak. Cut stem leaving a short stub. Pack in
hot, clean pint jars. Place one pepper and garlic in each jar. You may add
more pepper and garlic as well as mustard seed if you like. Bring vinegar,
water, and salt to the boil. Pour over okra, wipe rim and seal. Process in
boiling bath 10 minutes. Stand 8 weeks to ripen. Posted by

NOTES : Makes 10 pints. I suggest that you buy a jar of the pickles to get
an idea of how you want them spiced. They are crispy and good!
