INSTRUCTIONS
Brown cubed beef and sliced onion in hot shortening. Add water, and salt
and pepper to taste. Let cook slowly until beef is tender. Add sliced okra,
rice, and sliced tomatoes. Let cook until beef is very tender and
vegetables are cooked. Yield: 8 servings.
