INGREDIENTS

1 tb Ground bay leaves
2 1/2 ts Celery salt
1 1/2 ts Dry mustard
1 1/2 ts Black pepper
3/4 ts Ground nutmeg
1/2 ts Ground cloves
1/2 ts Ground ginger
1/2 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Red pepper
1/4 ts Ground mace; (optional)
1/4 ts Ground cardamom; (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients: store in an airtight container. It's great also to
season the flour for fried chicken, and on french fries! Added September
17, 1998.
NOTES : This is the original version with the Identical ingredients used at
McCormick spices in Hunt Valley MD.
