INSTRUCTIONS
(1) Preheat oven to moderately hot 210c. Lightly grase a flat baking tray.
Place flour, salt and butter into a bowl. Rub butter through flour until
mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
(2) Add the buttermilk and water, then mix to a dough. Knead into a ball on
a floured surface, then flatten to a circle about 20cm in diameter. Mark a
cross in the top and dust with flour. Bake for 40-45mins or until damper
sounds hollow when tapped. Serve with her butter.
