Ingredients: 1/4 c Mayonnaise; 2 ts Lemon juice; 1 ts Dried minced onion; 1/4 ts Salt; 1/4 ts Pepper; 6 Hard-cooked eggs; chopped; 1/2 c Celery; finely chopped

His being led forth to die is sorrow enough for one eternity; but my having been His murderer is more, infinitely more grief, than one poor fountain of tears can express

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper. Stir in
eggs and celery. Cover and chill. For each serving, spoon about 1/2 cup
onto a lettuce leaf or spread on bread.
