Eggs Tasteofhome 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Mayonnaise
2 t Lemon juice
1 t Dried minced onion
1/4 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
6 Hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c Celery, finely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper.
Stir in eggs and celery. Cover and chill. For each serving, spoon
about 1/2 cup onto a lettuce leaf or spread on bread.  Serves: 3 to 4
