INGREDIENTS
| 3 | md | Sized yams; grated |
| 1/4 | c | Cane syrup |
| 3/4 | c | Sugar |
| 1/2 | ts | Allspice |
| 1/2 | ts | Cinnamon |
| 1/2 | ts | Nutmeg |
| 2 | Eggs; beaten slightly | |
| 3/4 | Stick butter; melted | |
| 1/4 | c | Light cream |
INSTRUCTIONS
Grate raw yams. Mix sugar, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, syrup, butter and light cream. Add eggs; cream well. Fold in grated yams.
