INGREDIENTS
3 | Sized yams, grated | |
1/4 | c | Cane syrup |
3/4 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | t | Allspice |
1/2 | t | Cinnamon |
1/2 | t | Nutmeg |
2 | Eggs, beaten slightly | |
3/4 | Stick butter, melted | |
1/4 | c | Light cream |
INSTRUCTIONS
Grate raw yams. Mix sugar, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, syrup, butter and light cream. Add eggs; cream well. Fold in grated yams.
