Fish fillets; your choice |
INSTRUCTIONS
Saute mushrooms in butter for 3 minutes; add next 8 ingredients; simmer,
covered for 10-12 minutes. Put fish in greased 1-1/2 quart casserole; pour
sauce over fish; bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until fish is
white and flaky. Easy, quick, and GOOD!
