INGREDIENTS
1 | c | All-purpose Flour |
1/2 | c | Chilled butter |
1 | c | Grated cheese, any kind |
2 | oz | Chopped Anchovy Fillets |
1/3 | c | Chopped black olives |
1/2 | t | Cayenne pepper |
INSTRUCTIONS
Place flour, butter, cheese, anchovies, olives, and cayenne in a food processor and mix until forms a firm dough. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill for 20 minutes. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Roll out dough on lightly floured surface. Cut dough into 2 inch strips. Cut strips diagonally to make small triangles. Bake 8-10 minutes on baking sheets. Cool.
